What Type of Mother Fucker Would Defend Bernard Madoff?
I’ve talked to lawyers, business people, students, and your run of the mill janitor and all people of all ranks of the social ladder agree on one thing;Even though Bernard Madoff killed no one and perpetrated no violent act, the magnitude and far reaching effects of his $50 billion dollar ponzi scheme are serious enough to warrant the death penalty.
There is no question of innocence. He is the one who blew himself in, telling his sons who were also partners in his firm that he scammed just about everyone who trusted him with their money. He admitted it.
Everyone is entitled to a defense, but in Madoff’s case…To defend what?
Madoff should be hung by his testicles. Honestly, if this crook gets the death penalty, I think other schmucks on Wall St could potentially take note.
