Most American’s don’t even know the 15th President existed, let alone set the stage for the Civil War.
I posted this quote for one reason.
When thinking……”What great leader should I quote today…” I strangely thought to myself that I should post a quote from someone you have never seen a quote from and will probablly never see one from again.
Clearly, Buchanan popped in my mind, and there you have it, a quote from the President who sat during and agreed with the dreaded Dred Scott decision which equated slaves as property and not human beings.
I do not endorse this man.
